ETL repair

Expert and fast: Our experienced employees take care of your measuring and testing devices with great care and expertise. Transparency is very important to us. That's why you receive a cost estimate for approval before every repair. This allows you to see immediately how cost-effective our work is and you can factor the repair costs into your planning.

 

 

Our tip: Contact us before sending in your system. We will systematically record the fault and narrow down the cause. In many cases, we can help you without you having to send in your system. This saves you both time and money and also ensures good system availability.

 

If your system does need to be sent to us for repair, please always enclose a completed service form with a detailed description of the fault. This enables us to keep the costs of troubleshooting low for you and ensure that your repair is processed smoothly and quickly.

ETL test device calibration

Is your annual test equipment monitoring due and would you like to have your test equipment calibrated easily? You can choose between a calibration in our well-equipped calibration laboratory or on your premises. Simply provide us with the serial number(s) of your test device(s). We will immediately prepare a non-binding offer for you and take care of the rest.

 

We offer the following test device calibration services:

 

  1. Traceable factory calibration in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
  2. Traceable express calibration within 24 hours in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
  3. Traceable calibration at your premises in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001
  4. DAkkS calibration with partner laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
  5. Testing in accordance with DGUV regulation 3 of your ETL systems

 

If we determine during calibration that an adjustment or repair is required, we will of course send you a cost estimate for the necessary work. As soon as you have agreed to this, your device will be processed and returned to you freshly calibrated.

 

As proof of a successful ETL calibration, you will always receive a traceable calibration certificate from us and a test sticker on the front panel of your measuring device or calibration item.

 

 

 

 

Why an ETL calibration? - As a manufacturer, we know our systems better than anyone else! In the event that anomalies occur during calibration, we are able to react quickly and easily. We can carry out minor repairs or adjustments for you immediately without any major delays. This saves you time, organizational effort and very often incalculable costs.

Whether you want to bridge short-term power peaks or supply bottlenecks, compensate for a device failure or need a device for test purposes: At ETL, you can choose from various types of device, which you can rent on a weekly basis with or without accessories at attractive conditions.

Simply get in touch with us. We will be happy to advise you and provide you with a non-binding quote on request. As soon as you have decided on a rental device, it is our turn again and we will ensure that you receive your desired device with a valid factory calibration within a few days.
