Function Test Adapters

Functional test dummies or functional test adapters are introduced cyclically into the manufacturing or testing process. Instead of the test item, they simulate the fault and the good case. In this way, the proper functioning of the test unit can be verified. The inspection should be carried out at the shortest possible intervals, e.g. once a day or after testing a larger batch.

This can be done either manually (with our SOMPAS), i.e. the insertion is done by hand, or automated (with our SOAPAS).
